Bastet and Cats Slots

Bastet and Cats pairs Egyptian-inspired imagery with a cast of cat symbols across a five-reel video slot. Mascot Gaming gives the game a bonus-feature lineup that includes Free Spins, Rockfall, and Risk'N'Buy, adding several named features to explore without changing the basics: choose a stake, spin the reels, and see whether the symbols connect along the game’s 40 paylines.

The theme centers on Bastet and her feline companions, with an Ankh, Pharaoh Mask, and Scarab rounding out the Egyptian symbols. The Scarab is also the scatter symbol, so it has a special role beyond the regular payline symbols.

Five Reels, 40 Paylines, and Cat Symbols

The game uses five reels and 40 paylines, with one coin per line. The available coin sizes range from $0.01 to $1, which works out to total bets of $0.40 to $40 per spin when all 40 lines are active. Check the in-game settings before playing to confirm the displayed bet and coin value.

Symbols include Bastet, Blue Cat, Green Cat, Ankh, Pharaoh Mask, and the Scarab, alongside card ranks from 10 through Ace. The game information provided doesn’t specify symbol values, winning combinations, or how line wins are evaluated, so the paytable is the best place to check those details before choosing a stake.

Four Features to Check Before You Spin

Bastet and Cats lists four bonus features: Risk'N'Buy, Scatter Feature, Free Spins Feature, and Rockfall Feature. Their names point to different ways the game may change a round, but the available details don’t explain their triggers, costs, or prizes. Review the feature rules in the game before activating any optional purchase or risk mechanic.

The Scarab’s scatter designation makes it central to the Scatter Feature. Free Spins are also named as a feature, though the number of scatters required and the number of spins awarded aren’t specified here. For exact triggers and payouts, consult the game’s help screen rather than relying on the feature names alone.

Set a Bet That Fits Your Session

With 40 lines active and coin sizes spanning $0.01 to $1, the stake can vary considerably. Pick a bet that fits your entertainment budget, and decide on a session limit before you begin. A higher stake doesn’t guarantee a bonus or a win.

Risk'N'Buy deserves a close look in the rules because its name suggests a choice involving risk or a feature purchase. Check its price and conditions before using it, and skip it if the cost doesn’t suit your budget. The same goes for any feature that requires an extra decision or spend.

A Cat-Filled Slot with Plenty to Learn

Bastet and Cats has a clear identity: Egyptian symbols, several cat characters, 40 paylines, and four named bonus features. Its appeal will depend in part on how those features work in practice, so take a moment to read the paytable and feature instructions before committing to a larger bet. Keep play within your limits, and treat each spin as entertainment rather than a way to make money.
